No communication letting folks know they no longer contract with Walgreens diabetic testing supplies and supplies to administer insulin beginning 8/1/2024. Now will have to pay out of pocket which is obviously unaffordable for my family member or they would have other choices for insurance. They are impossible to

get in touch with and hang up on you constantly. They are putting people in danger.

WARNING Avoid Molina Healthcare. Completely and totally USELESS. Customer service NON-EXISTANT. Calling USELESS. Email USELESS. Healthcare Completely and totally USELESS. ZERO help from so-called customer service. Online CONFUSING and FRUSTRATING and USELESS. Copays for EVERYTHING. Plus monthly MYSTERY spenddowns that appears MONTHS LATER? MOST doctors do NOT accept Molina. Out of pocket costs to go to doctor for minimal basic care is

OVERPRICED and usually a mystery IF anyone accepts Molina at all. Minimum out of pocket just to walk into doctor office for very basic or no care averages $100.00 PLUS spenddowns. Obamacare is NOT affordable. Minimum wage workers cannot afford to go to doctor nor miss any work.

I just joined this healthcare and already regret it. They assigned my family to Primary Care physicians who aren't taking new patients, so we had to use their online search to find new doctors. Their website it so out of date that most of the doctors don't take

Molina insurance anymore. One doctor called me back and told me he hasn't been contracted with them for 12 years! Why is he still on their roster? In fact, 90% of the specialists I was trying to find do no take Molina! That's criminal! The only ones (3 small medical groups) that were left had terrible reviews, very sketchy and clearly bottom of the barrel. I am on day two of trying to re-find doctors for my family and it's been a nightmare. Nowhere does it tell you which medical group you are assigned to, not online or on your card, and the people in customer care never tell you, only the physician's insurance when they run it, so I have to keep calling Molina back. It takes at least 20 minutes just to get to a person, then they just put you on hold. I've been dropped twice after 45 minutes just to start over with a new person. They always ask for your call back number but honestly no one has ever called me back. I am pretty sure my son and I are not going to be able to get our medications refilled before they run out at this rate, and we definitely are NOT going to get to see the specialists that we specifically joined this insurance carrier to see, and that is enraging. I feel duped.

The transportation is the worst it sucks so bad I have to call three times to get a competent person who won't put the destination address or won't hang up on me their customers are so rude and to get a Uber you have to wait 5 minutes for the

machine to stop talking to even request one an appointment that was supposed to last 1 hours ends up being 3 hours makes you just wanna give up and take the bus I'm over their quality care negative one !

Just don't. I have constant issues with providers taking and then not taking this insurance. I had to file a grievance recently because of this with a dentist. Also, this past Saturday I had to pay out of pocket for my eye exam because surprise they no longer take my

insurance! If you live outside of a major city you will have greater issues finding any kind of provider, especially specialist. Their providers list on the website is not up to date by any means. Today alone every single provider I called from Molina's website either didn't take our insurance, wasn't accepting new patients after the website stated they were, the address or phone number wasn't correct. I called a Dublin office today and was told the Dublin offices don't take Molina but I could surely wait until October to go to Ghannah, well over an hour from my home. I called what was supposed to be a dermatologist office and the number belonged to a primary care office. This happened with two different dermatologist from their website. There is no calling for assistance because the call center people use the same provider search. Come on Molina! Get it together! Your patients are suffering due to your incompetence!

Phone assistance is no help, and pushes for you to pay more then you owe and tries to push more profitable earnings for themselves before trying to assist you with your issues. Easy to get a hold of someone to pay but not for help. Website is subpar even when

it comes to making a payment. Feels just like a another business that can operate poorly based on pretty much being mandatory.

Total racket. Similar to the other reviewer, I cannot explain the number of hoops you will jump through only to be met with more obstacles even to get a necessary prescription filled. Molina will take your money, the governments money and then you will end up paying out of pocket

to the provider anyway.

Molina Healthcare doesn't deserve a "1". I can no longer find a provider in my area as a PCP that isn't a bottom of the barrel, just like Molina. Molina has changed my PCP in the computer, so services were declined. I did not do it and I did not

give Molina permission to do it. It is fraud. All for a walker that would improve my quality of life tremendously. Isn't that what they are there for? How can a company that is so uncaring, unprofessional and cold remain in a business that is so critical to life? They are killing me. There is no one I trust at this company to help me with problems and questions. Don't believe anything you are told because it is simply not true. Become a customer (and trust me, the OTC perks & others are NOT worth it) and you will see for yourself and wish you had heed my advice. I am 66 and no one should have to go through what I have from this company. Please STAY AWAY.

Worst healthcare company ever. When I call to ask for help to see my primary care Dr. who Molina says is in network, Molina says they will call Dr. and straighten things out. But then Molina never calls the Dr. and never calls me back. Molina has repeatedly lied to

me. And I mean directly lied. Molina sends me a list of providors. I call them. Guess what I find out? They are either not taking new patients, don't provide the specialty they are listed under, don't exist at all, don't take Molina. Don't use them. Their good OTC benefits arn't worth it. You'll be sorry.

Molina offers basic treatment. Very selective, especially specialists, worst part they will deny it at the hospital. My niece was denied seeing a specialist at the hospital discharged without treatment. After two weeks, she passed away due to serious coughing. Last year 2022 wherein she was approved for Medical

and she chose molina, but unfortunately, her case manager never talked to her. I was really upset with their service.

There's too much to be said for how long I've suffered underneath this horrifying excuse of an insurance company. Long story short I had to start paying for my meds out of pocket because they go in and alter my prescriptions once it's been sent to the pharmacy. They have

to audacity to blame me for their decisions. They have absolutely no TRUE lgbt-friendly doctors in network. They constantly play the blame game by always pointing the finger at someone else because they wouldn't know how to take responsibility for anything if their lives depended on it. They gaslight and project their problems onto their policy holders. They openly attack you if you try to file a grievance against them. If you need health insurance in IL use ANYONE but them, unless you want to suffer like me.

Terrible need to be sued they put my mother in a comprised position by opting her in their Lajoy Home Healthcare group making her discharge from her current homecare with the state of Michigan whom provided better service and didn't require the clients to travel miles to drop off time

sheets at a location to get their monthly payments and they paid less at that ,so they finally opt my mom out of their program and sent the letter stating by Nov 5 2022 she will no longer be with Lajoy but that never happened the state couldn't reinstate my mom because they still had her listed in their system as their client and now my mom provider did not receive payment for the months of Nov nor December 2022 after speaking with someone from their company and coming to an agreement for them to pay for the months once after the mix up of being misinformed of having to fill out time sheets again in order to receive the payment I did so and drop the time sheets off and here we are in the month of March with no payment yet and no response from Deline Amy nor Kelly not to mention before thus happened someone stole over 2,500 of my mothers medical supplies from their over the counter program and they never reimbursed her for that as well and couldn't find her in the system because they created two accounts for her when they opt her in the molina dual program without her permission for their home health care program where are the ceo and owners to resolve this matter since no one else can resolve it I think its time to contact the news media

Don't waste your money. I have a torn rotator cuff. surgeon for the spurs asked for an MRI which they denied. I guess they know more than the sports surgeon for the spurs? They are cheap and they cost me $900 a month I'm finished with them.

Longview, WA 2 years ago for Molina Healthcare of Washington Regional Office in Vancouver, WA

I signed up for Molina Medicare in October 2022. BIGGEST FREAKING MISTAKE OF MY LIFE! Everything and I mean EVERYTHING has to be pre authorized and some how Molina has decided treatment for severe Rheumatoid Arthritis is NOT medically necessary. My doctor immediately filed an appeal. While I was talking

with the appeals department she said "oh we reversed our decision". I have surgery coming up and I'm getting different information from different people at Molina. The most recent is a pre authorization is not needed with the CPT codes. I asked 4 different people for a written statement on Molina Healthcare letterhead stating a pre authorization is not necessary. 3 out of the 4 freaked the f*^k out! Oh No! We cannot do that. The 4th did not return my call. Their denial of sending me that document tells me one thing. this company just might deny coverage AFTER the tumor is excised due to no pre authorization. It's a joke. NEVER SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY!! I've already changed my medicare plan back to original Medicare effective January 1, 2023

Signed up with them thru the Marketplace. Went to make a doctor appointment and found out I wasn't listed in Molina's system. Called to find out I actually wasn't in their system by 1st rep, then 2nd rep said I was but didn't have a member ID# yet. It's now

1/13 so I asked when my insurance became effective, she acknowledged receipt of my payment and said my insurance began 1/1. They have taken my money and the governments money yet I can't see a doctor or have any tests. They didn't care much about me but when I said it's likely illegal for you to take government money and prevent the service they have contributed to. I have what could be a rather serious condition if not taken care of. Jessa said she'd 'escalate', this is my 3rd call and collectively, have spent 3 hours on the phone. Run as fast as you can from this agency.
